Shopping with Vaudelle

Products

Our jewellery is described by its materials, for example 925 sterling silver, 18k gold plated or vermeil sterling silver, moissanite, and cultured freshwater pearls. Moissanite is a lab-created gemstone and is not a diamond. Cultured pearls are natural products and each one varies slightly in shape, lustre and size. Product photos are representative and finishes may vary slightly.

Prices and orders

Prices are shown in Australian dollars and the total is shown at checkout. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable or a price was shown in error.

Shipping, returns and guarantee

Our shipping policy and refund policy, including the 12-month quality guarantee, form part of these terms.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time of your order applies.
